Baked Chicken and Veggies
2 lbs of chicken
5 medium size red potatoes
Carrots and Broccoli
4 Tbsp Butter, melted
1 packet of Italian Dressing Mix
Place chicken in the middle of a 9x13 baking dish.
Cube potatoes and place on one side.
Place broccoli and carrots on the other side-use larger pieces of broccoli, or it will shrivel!
Pour melted butter over everything.
Sprinkle with Italian dressing mix.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
That's it!! So good and so easy!
