Crock Pot Taco Soup
2 Cans Black Beans-rinsed
1 Can White Beans-rinsed
2 Cans of Corn--or 1 Bag Frozen Corn
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Small Can Diced Green Chilies
1 Can Chicken Broth
2-3 Large Chicken Breasts
Mix all canned ingredients in Crock Pot. Stir in taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix. Place chicken in Crock Pot and cover with other ingredients. Cook on low for 6 hours, shred chicken after 5 hours. Super easy! Enjoy!
*My husband loves to add shredded cheese and sour cream to his soup!
